Variasi Temperatur Pada Pemadatan Asphalt Concrate - Wearing Course (Ac-Wc) Menggunakan Agregat Muara Takus, Kabupaten Kampar
Compaction temperature is a parameter that must be considered during the implementation of pavement work in the field, considering the compaction temperature will determine the level of density of a pavement which will then determine the level of stability. The research objective was to determine the minimum compaction temperature that can be applied in the field on the Laston AC-WC layer. In this study the variation of compaction temperature used was 145oC, 130oC, 115 oC, 100oC, 85 oC and 70 oC. From the results of the Marshall characteristic test, the minimum compaction temperature that can be used is 100oC with a KAO value of 6.3% and an average stability value of 875.4 kg which has met the Specification of Bina Marga 2010 Revision 3.
