This research focuses on the Village Financial Governance System with the aim of analyzing village finance governance system in order to realize participatory, transparency and accountable principles. This research is done because the village financial governance system in Indragiri Hulu regency is not good. Late regulation, disbursement of funds not timely and administrative order. This research is expected to be beneficial to Indragiri Hulu Regency Government, especially to villages in Indragiri upstream regency in order to realize good village governance.
The results of this research indicate that the way that local governments do in village financial governance in Indragiri Hulu district is the establishment of a team of supervisors in the district, the control team in the subdistrict and the Village Assistants. In addition, by preparing the preparation of regulations on village finances. The team performs its duties and functions in a participatory, transparent and accountable manner in the preparation of regulation and implementation of fund disbursement. Aspects that affect the village financial governance system in Indragiri upstream district are institutional, human resources and availability of funds.
