Analisis Pemasaran Udang Swallow (Metapenaeus Affinis) Di Desa Pasar Ii Natal Kecamatan Natal Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Provinsi Sumatera Utara
This research was conducted in March 2018, located in Pasar II Natal Village, Natal District, Mandailing Natal District, North Sumatra Province. This study aims to find out the marketing channels of swallow shrimp (Metapenaeus affinis) in Pasar Desa II Natal, to analyze the costs, benefits and marketing margins of swallow shrimp (Metapenaeus affinis) in Pasar II Natal Village, to find out the marketing efficiency of swallow shrimp (Metapenaeus affinis) in Pasar Desa II Christmas. The method used in the study is the survey method by observing directly. The number of fishermen is 20 fishermen and the method of taking respondents is by census. While taking snowball sampling is a sample of 3 traders, 5 retailers.The results showed that there were three channels of marketing of swallow shrimp in Pasar II Natal Village, Natal District, Mandailing Natal District, North Sumatra Province. The marketing channel I does not have marketing costs because consumers immediately take shrimp to fishermen. While in marketing channel II total marketing costs IDR. 1,442 per kg, total marketing profits of IDR. 3,558 per kg, and marketing margin of IDR 5,000 per kg. For marketing channels III, the total marketing costs were IDR.2,257 per kg, total marketing profits were IDR.10,743 per kg, and marketing margins were IDR.13,000 per kg. Judging from the economic marketing efficiency of the three marketing channels in Pasar II Natal Village, Natal District, Mandailing Natal District, North Sumatra Province. then marketing channel II is the most efficient marketing channel for swallow shrimp with a low marketing margin of IDR. 5,000 and has a high fisherman’s share of 85.714%.
