Where one of the BUMN Corporate Social Responsibility Programs is the Partnership and Community Development Program,which is the realization of the implementation of Law No. 19 of 2003 Article 88 paragraph (1) of the BUMN Law, Regulation of the Minister of BUMN No. Per 05 / MBU / 2007 stating that the purpose and purpose of establishing BUMN is not only to generate profits and provide assistance to entrepreneurs. In this case Social Responsibility PTPN has begun in the community around the company. The formulation of the problem in terms of PKBL distribution is whether the implementation of the PKBL is in accordance with the Laws and the implementation of the PKBL by PTPNV can improve the social economy of the community.
In discussing this thesis the writer uses sociological research methods. The nature of descriptive research, data which is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. This research was conducted around the SeiKencana Garden namely Senamanenek Village. Where in the distribution of PKBL by PTPN V to the Village Community Senamanenek has been in accordance with the provisions and can improve the surrounding community.
