Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Desentralisasi Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Pada OPD Provinsi Riau)
This study aims to determine the effect of budget participation, leadership style, motivation, organizational culture, and decentralization on managerial performance. In addition, this study also examines the influence of organizational commitment in moderating the relationship of budget participation, leadership style, motivation, organizational culture, and decentralization on managerial performance.
The population of this study was the Regional Device Organization (OPD) of Riau Province with a sample of 170 scattered in 34 OPD. Sampling using purposive sampling, and data retrieval techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) through the SPSS application. .
The results of the study prove that there is an influence of budget participation on managerial performance, there is no influence of leadership style on managerial performance, there is an influence of motivation on managerial performance, there is an influence of organizational culture on managerial performance, there is an influence of decentralization on managerial performance. There is the influence of organizational commitment moderating the relationship of budget participation to managerial performance, there is no influence of organizational commitment moderate the relationship of leadership style on managerial performance, there is an influence of organizational commitment moderate the relationship of motivation to managerial performance, there is an influence of organizational commitment to moderate the relationship of organizational culture to managerial performance and influence Organizational commitment moderates the relationship of decentralization to managerial performance
