Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Disiplin Dan Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Budiindah Muliamandiri Kota Dumai

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Competence And Motivation On Employee Discipline and Performance of PT. Budiindah Muliamandiri City of Dumai. Partially and indirect influence of variable intervening in path analysis. This research takes place in PT. Budiindah Mulia Mandiri Dumai City, with 85 respondents. Data analysis method uses quantitative descriptive method with Path Analysis analysis tool, with the help of SPSS version 21.0. In this study consists of four variables, namely one dependent variable and three independent variables. These variables are Discipline (Y1), Performance (Y2), Competence (X1), and Motivation (X2). The results showed that: 1) Competency variables directly significantly influence the discipline of employees of PT. Budiindah Muliamandiri City of Dumai, 2) Variables Motivation directly significantly affects the discipline of employees of PT. Budiindah Mulia Mandiri Dumai City, 3) Competency variables directly have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Budiindah Muliamandiri City of Dumai, 4) Variables Motivation directly influences significantly the performance of employees of PT. Budiindah Muliamandiri City of Dumai, 5) Variable Discipline directly influence significantly the performance of employees of PT. Budiindah Muliamandiri City of Dumai, 6) Variables of competence has no significantly influence performance through discipline of employees of PT. Budiindah Mulia Mandiri Dumai City, 7) Motivation variables has no significant effect on performance through the discipline of employees of PT. Budiindah Muliamandiri City of Dumai.
