Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Melalui Disiplin Kerja Pada Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak (Rsia) Eria Bunda Pekanbaru

This study aims to find out how the influence of emotional intelligence (X1) and workload (X2) on the performance (Y2) nurse through work discipline (Y1) at Eria Bunda Hospital Pekanbaru Eria which numbered 102 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as instrument to prove the result of research, to test the hypothesis in this research is to use path analysis (path analysis) with the help of SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is census method (102 nurses at Maternal and Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru). The results showed that 1) there was positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of nurses of Maternal and Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, 2) there was a positive and significant influence on work performance on nurses of Maternal and Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, 3) there is influence influence positively and significant of emotional intelligence to performance through work discipline at nurse Hospital of Mother and Child Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, 4) there is influence positively and significant work load to performance through work discipline at nurse Hospital of Eria and Child Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, 5) there is positively and significantly influence the work discipline on the performance of nurses of Maternal and Child Hospital Eria BundaPekanbaru.
