Analisis Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain) Ikan Senangin (Eleutheronema Tetradactylum) (Studi Kasus Di Bangliao Oki Sinaboi Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Provinsi Riau)

The research was conducted in the Bangliao Oki District of Sinaboi, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province on June 6 to 16, 2018. The purpose of this study was to obtain and analyze the picture/mapping of the Senangin fish supply chain in Bangliao Oki, knowing the driving factors and inhibiliting factors in the supply chain of Senangin fish, and analyze the level of performance of the Senangin fish supply chain in Bangliao Oki.
The results showed that there were six descriptions/mapping of Senangin fish supply chains in Bangliao Oki, namely Acting Mapping, Process Mapping, Product Flow Mapping, Knowledge Mapping, Mapping of Product Volume and Number of Actor, Mapping Relationship between Inter-Actors and fish supply chain driving factors. Bangliao Oki is a high demand for Senangin fish and working relationship between the Bangliao Oki and Agents, while the inhibiting factor of the Senangin fish supply chain in Indonesia is climate change and the continuity of the supply of Senangin fish, which causes sufficient volume of fish to be available locally.
Based on the result of the Bangliao Oki performance level analysis measured using the Balanced scorecard method viewed from four perspectives namely financial persceptive, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and Bangliao Oki learning and growth perspective was declared existence. It can be concluded that Bangliao Oki is able to maintain his business based on his economic activities.
