Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Karyawan Bagian Pemasaran Pt Agung Toyota Sm Amien Pekanbaru
This research aimed to analysze Work Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment and Work Performance, research applied on marketing employees at PT. Agung Toyota SM Amien in Pekanbaru. This research consists of three variables: one dependent variable, one mediation variable and one independent variables. They are Work Performance (Y), Organizational Commitment (Z), Work Satisfaction (X). This research was conducted using a sample of 113 people. This research used sensus sampling, in fact that all population becoming sample. In terms of data analysis, this research used path analysis method using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, research shows that Work Satisfaction has significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Work Satisfaction and Organizational Commitmen have significant positive effect on Work Performance. Work Satisfaction influence Work Performance are mediated by Organizational Commitment.
