Kontribusi Etos Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMP Negeri Selat Panjang

The main purpose of this research was to analyze the contribution of work ethic and teacher motivation toward the teacher of public junior high school performance in Selatpanjang. This research was quantitative.The sample of this research was 75 of teacher.The data were collected by a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of this study were obtained a significant contribution between work ethic variable toward teacher of public junior high school performance in Selatpanjang, and obtained a significant contribution between teacher motivation variable toward teacher of public junior high school performance in Selatpanjang. In addition, there was a significant contribution between work ethic variable and teacher motivation variable toward the teacher of public junior high school performance in Selatpanjang. The finding of this research were concluded that the better the teacher perception about work ethic and teacher motivation, the more better the teacher of public junior high school performance in Selatpanjang. This research were expected to be useful for improving teacher performance in carrying out their obligations while conducting and learning activities and developing students at school.
