Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Aktiva Dan Growth Opportunity Terhadap Struktur Modal Dan Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2011-2016)

This research aims to analyze the effect of variable structure, assets and profitability growth opportunity against the value of the company on the real estate property sector companies were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2011-2016. This study used a purposive sampling technique then selected 34 companies and real estate property that is being sampled. Methods of analysis used in this study was the quantitative methods, with testing data normality, test analysis of partially and do analysis testing by performing Sobel test and used Lisrel as data processing software. The results of this research show that the positive and significant effect the profitability of capital structure. The structure of assets has negative and signtficant effect of capital structure, growth opportunity has no effect to the capital structure. The Profitability of has positive and significant effect to value of the company, while the structure of the assets and growth opportunity do not affect to the value of the company. Testing of variable mediation variable has positive effect profitability significantly to the value of the company which is mediated by capital structure. The structure of the assets has a negative and significant effect to the value of a company's capital structure is mediated. While the growth opportunity is not significant effect to the value of the company's capital structure is mediated.
