Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Dan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Tri Teguh Manunggal Sejati-Kampar
The research method use is a descriptive research. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Tri Teguh Manunggal Sejati-Kampar (138 people) and all of them were determined as sample (total sample). The collected data are analyzed by applying path analysis of SPSS 21 version.
The finding shows that there is a direct influence between job characteristics on employees work achievement as big as 0.153. The indirect influence between job characteristics on employees work achievementtoward work motivation is as big as 0.065. The direct influence between organizational culture on employee work achievementis as big as 0.310. The indirect influencebetween organizational culture on employees work achievement toward work motivation is as big as 0.200. The effect of work motivation on employees work achievement is 0.350.The coefficient correlation (R2) is as big as 0.847 which means that the effect of work characteristics and organizational culture toward work motivation is as big as 0.84.7. Their effect on employees work achievement isas big as 84.7%, in which 15.3% is influenced by other variables.
