Pemanfaatan Fermentasi Tepung Daun Sente (Alocasia Macrorrhiza) Menggunakan Aspergillus Oryzae Dalam Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Nila Merah (Oreochromis Niloticus)
This research was conducted for 56 days, the aim determine the effect of taro leaf flour fermentation (TLFF) using Aspergillus oryzae on growth and feed efficiency of red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). A Total of 350 fis tailed red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) with a mean weight of 1,6 – 2,1 g, maintained in 15 cage units (1m x 1m x 1 m) with a stocking density of 20 fish per cage. This study uses Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor, with 5 treatment levelsand 3 repititions. The test feed used in this study was artificial feed with a protein content of 30% with a percentage of taro leaf flour fermentation thas is 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. Test feed given as much as 10% of the weight of biomass per day with the frequency of feeding three time throughout the day is at 07.00, 12.00 and 17.00 WIB.
