Pemanfaatan Tepung Daun Sente (Alocasia Macrorrhiza) Yang Difermentasi Menggunakan Aspergillus Oryzae Dalam Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus)
The study case was carried out for 56 days in August-October 2018 to determine the effect of taro leaf flour fermentation (TLFF) using A. oryzae in feed to increase growth and efficiency of H. nemurus, and to determine the percentage of the best taro leaf flour fermentation as an alternative ingredient for substituting soybean flour. About 350 H. nemurus with an average weight of 1.78±0.8 were maintained in 15 cage units (1m x 1m x 1m) with stocking densities of 20 fish/cages. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 levels of treatment and 3 replications. The test feed that was used in this study was artificial food with protein content of 35% with a percentage substitution of soybean flour with taro leaf flour fermentation namely 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%. The test feed is given as much as 10% of the weight of biomass / day with the frequency of feeding three times a day, namely at 07.00, 12.00, 17.00 WIB.
