Analisis Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah Dan Dana Perimbangan Terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Di Provinsi Riau Periode Tahun 2010-2017

Figures on the Human Development Index have been able to describe the success of the government in carrying out development which has an impact on improving the quality of human resources. This figure is generated thanks to investments made by the central or regional governments, with that also the purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of Regional Revenue and Balancing Funds owned by Riau Province on the increase in the numbers of the Human Development Index.
This study uses an analytical method, namely multiple linear regression analysis assisted by an analysis tool, namely SPSS version 25. The independent variables in this study are Regional Original Income (X1) and Balancing Funds (X2), while the dependent variable in this study is the Development Index Humans (Y).
From the results of research that has been done with a confidence level of 95% or α = 5%, the value of ttable is 2.571. Through partial regression test (t test) shows that the Regional Original Income variable (ROI) has a positive influence on the increase in the Human Development Index with a tcount of 3.321, while the Balancing Fund (BF) does not indicate an influence on the Human Development Index where the tcount is 0.354. The most dominant variable in influencing the numbers of the Human Development Index is the Regional Original Income variable.
