Pengaruh Keberadaan Danau Raja Terhadap Harga Rumah Di Kelurahan Kampung Dagang Kecamatan Rengat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

This study aims to find out the impact of the existence danau Raja affects the price of houses at the Kampung Dagang Village of Rengat Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
This research uses prmer data obtained from questions obtained through questionnaires. With a total population of 4,999 households, calculating the number of samples with Slovin formula is 98 samples. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Tests carried out on the hypothesis and the feasibility of the data (classical assumptions) using a significance level of 5%.
Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant negative effect between the distance of the house to Danau Raja to the price of houses around the Raja lake with a significant value of 0.002 less than 0.05. There is a positive significant effect between building area on house prices around the Danau Raja with a significant value of 0,000 less than 0.05. There is a positive significant effect between the land area and the price of houses around Danau Raja with a Significant value of 0,003 less than 0.05 There is no significant influence between the number of rooms to the price of houses around Danau Raja with a Significant value of 0.213 greater than 0.05. The distance of the residence to Raja lake, building area, land area and number of bedrooms has a significant effect on the price of houses around Danau Raja, this can be seen from the sig F value of 0,000 less than 0.05.
