Pengaruh Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Daerah (Apbd) Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Di Kota Pekanbaru

Regional economic growth can be projected from the APBD, because the economic growth is a process to increase the income per capita of the community. In pursuit of the success of regional development must be accompanied by the creation of new employment opportunities, only based on BPS data from Pekanbaru City in 2003-2017, the amount of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of Pekanbaru city is not accompanied by the growth of employment. This study aims to determine how the influence of regional income and expenditure on the absorption of labor both in parallel or simultaneously in Pekanbaru city. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The Eviews test results of analysis the influence from opinion and regional expenditure simultaneously have no significant effect on employment with R2 = 67,6% while 32,4% is influenced by other factors that not examined. In parallel, the regional income of Pekanbaru City has no significant effect on employment with thitung > ttabel, which is 3.1668 > 2,1789, and the regional expenditure in Pekanbaru City affect too the employment of thitung 2,1789.
