purpose of this study was to determine the raw material, labor, and investment values of the production value of apparel industry in the sub-sector of sewing and apparel making to order in Riau Province and to find out the most dominant factors in industrial production apparel sub-sector for sewing and making clothes to order in Riau Province. This study uses secondary data obtained by the Department of Industry of Riau Province. The research population in the industry in this study amounted to 618 business units. The method used is descriptive and quantitative method with the SPSS (Statisticcal Package Social Science) program facility version 2.3. Dependent variable is the value of sewing production and making clothes according to order (Y), and the independent variable consists of labor (Xı), raw material (X2), and investment value (Xᴣ). This data uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. It will be known regression coefficients of each influential factor and the extent to which factors influence the value of production by knowing the results of these tests that have been done. The regression results on the partial test (t test) α = 5% show that labor (Xı) has no significant effect and raw material (X2) has a significant effect while the investment value (X signifikan) has a significant effect on the apparel industry production apparel sub-sector as ordered. In the simultaneous test (F test) α = 5%, it shows that the independent variable has a significant effect on the production of sewing and apparel manufacturing according to orders in Riau Province. The magnitude of the effect (R²) by these three variables is 9.66% and the remaining 3.4% is influenced by other variables not stated in this study.
