Pengaruh Latihan Drill 11 Terhadap Keterampilan Dribbling Klub SSB Sap Sungai Apit

Purpose of this research to find out the connection muscle explosive power of shoulder and the coordination of eye-hands with free throw test on Family basketball club Pekanbaru. Population of this research consist of 12 player of Family basketball club pekanbaru. The withdrawal of sampling was use total sampling way. First instrument is two hand medicine ball put, bounce the ball to the board and free throw. Based on the research and data proceed with using the statistic research procedure, then it is concluded : there was significant connection between arm muscle explosive power and shoulder with result of free throw that Family basketball club pekanbaru (0,678) > rtabel (0,602) did in every match. There also a strong connection of eye-hands coordination with the result of free throw that Family basketball club pekanbaru. (0,718) > rtabel (0,602) And also significant effect between arm muscle explosive power and shoulder and eye-hands in same time with result of free throw of Family basketball club pekanbaru (0,886) > rtabel (0,602).
