Uji Kompatibilitas Konsorsium Trichoderma Spp. Endofit Secara In-Vitro Untuk Mengendalikan Jamur Phytophthora Palmivora Penyebab Penyakit Busuk Buah Kakao
The research aims to observe the compatibility of Trichoderma spp. endophytic consortium and obtain the best consortium the most compatibility and have the highest inhibition P. palmivora which is the cause of cocoa black pod disease. This research was conducted at the Plant Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Riau and in the Biofertilizer and Biopesticide Industrial Business Unit (BICCOM) from August to October 2018. The study consisted of 3 steps : 1) compatibility test of Trichoderma spp. endohytic, 2) in-vitro inhibition test to P. palmivora and 3) application of Trichoderma spp. endophytic to control P. palmivora. Data collected from step 1 were descriptively analyzed. Data collected from step 2 and 3 were analyzed with analysis of variance. The mean of each treatment were compared by using Tukey Test at 5% level. Results of the research showed that TR-01, TS-02 and TM-01 isolates were the most compatible isolates and could be used as the best consortium. The consortium of TR-01+TS-02+TM-01 has the highest inhibition to P. palmivora in-vitro test (72.97%). The consortium of TR-01+TS-02+TM-01 has the best ability to control cocoa black pod disease in cocoa fruit, which delay the appearance of initial symptoms and decrease the intensity of cocoa black pod desease (25%).
