Studi Awal Hubungan Kontras Spekel Dan Tekanan Darah Menggunakan Pencitraan Laser Spekel
The cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death around the world especially in Indonesia. A routine blood pressure measurement using sphygmomanometer is one way to prevent cardiovascular disease beforehand. An optical method of laser speckle imaging is suggested as a noncontact and nondestructive measurement. In this research, laser speckle imaging with laser variation of 650 nm red diode laser and 785 nm infrared diode laser was used to obtain laser speckle pattern of the front wrist and related to blood pressure. A program using GUI MATLAB was developed to record the participant’s data, display speckle pattern, process speckle images and to display speckle contrast. The speckle contrast obtained were compared to those with ImageJ software. The research was conducted using six participants consisted of three male and three female participants who are healthy and 20-25 years of age. Blood pressure of the participants were measured and the speckle pattern were recorded twice a day, in the morning and the afternoon for three unconsecutive days. The result shows that the longer the wavelength of the laser used, the average contrast speckle measured increased. The experiment also showed that the relationship between speckle contrast and blood pressure tends to decrease but in some cases peaks could be seen at diastolic blood pressure. visible systolic and diastolic blood pressure and speckle contrast decreased in the afternoon on the third day. The MATLAB program that has been developed was succesfully able to obtain speckle contrast with a difference percentage of 0.82% for speckle contrast processing and 2.13 % for filtered speckle contrast when compared to ImageJ.
