This final project is about Invoice Information System of Contractor Company in PT.Citra Hokiana Triutama Pekanbaru Web Based. Registration of the remaining payment of goods is still made manually with the help of Office applications ie Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. When you want to make payments employees do not know the rest of the debt because the filing system is still improvise. Employees should therefore seek proof of payment in advance. For that required Invoice Information System. This Information System uses HTML, PHP and MySQL programming languages and databases. To design the system using Use Case Diagram, Use Case Scenario, Activity Diagram. Invoice Information System is very helpful in the processing of data purchase, borrowing, payment and report making more efficient
