Pengaruh Analisa Jabatan, Kompetensi Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Di Dinas Kebersihan Dan Pertamanan Kabupaten Kampar
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the job analysis, competence and organizational climate partially on the job satisfaction of employees in the Sanitation and Landscaping Service of Kampar Regency. And to analyze the effect simultaneously of job analysis, competence and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in the Sanitation and Landscaping Service of Kampar Regency.
The population in this study were all employees in the Sanitation and Landscaping Service of Kampar Regency which numbered 89. The method of determining the number of samples using the census method, meaning the number of samples is the same as the population. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models.
Based on the results of data analysis, job analysis, and competence have significant influence on employee job satisfaction in the Sanitation and Landscaping Service of Kampar Regency. While the organization's climate does not have significant effect on employee job satisfaction in the Sanitation and Landscaping Service of Kampar Regency. The coefficient of determination obtained is equal to Adj. R2 = 0.711. This means that the job satisfaction of employees at the Sanitation and Landscaping Service of Kampar Regency is influenced by the job analysis, competence and organizational climate of 71.10%. The most dominant variable is competence followed by job analysis.
