Diferensiasi Leukosit Ikan Jambal Siam (Pangasius Hypophthalmus) Yang Diberi Pakan Mengandung Tepung Kunyit (Curcuma Domestica V) Dan Diuji Tantang Dengan Aeromonas Hydrophila
This study aims to determine the leukocytes differentiation of Pangasius hypophthalmus of giving turmeric flaflour (Curcuma domestica V) on the and were challenged with Aeromonas hydrophila. The method in this research was the experimental method using the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor, five treatment levels and three times replication. Kn: negative control (were not feed with turmeric flaflour (Curcuma domestica V) and without were challenged with Aeromonas hydrophila, Kp: positive control (were not feed with turmeric flalour (Curcuma domestica V) and were challenged with Aeromonas hydrophila), P1: feed with turmeric flaflour (Curcuma domestica V) at dose 0,5 g/kg feed, P2: dose 0,7 g/kg feed, P3: dose 0,9 g/kg feed. Fish reared in an aquarium the size of 30x30x40 cm with stocking density 10 fish/aquarium, feeding as many as 10% of body weight and do 3 times a day. Pisciculture carried out for at time of adaptation, 30 days and that 14 days after were challenged with Aeromonas hydrophila.The result showen P2 (feed with turmeric flaflour (Curcuma domestica V) dose 0,7g/kg feed), were the best treatment with Lymphocytes 83,00%, monocytes 8.33%, Neutrophils 8,66%, total leukocytes 10,92x104 sel/mm3, activity fagocytic 37,00%, survival rate 100% and absolute weight growth 12,10 g. It was concluded that were feed tumeric flavour Curcuma domestica V can be used for prevention of Aeromonas hydrophila and increase the non spesific immune responses of Pangasius hypophthalmus.
