Pengaruh Altruisme Dan Kohesivitas Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pegawai Di Fkip Universitas Riau
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Altruism and Cohesiveness on the Quality of Employee Services at FKIP University of Riau. This research is quantitative, the study sample was 56 people, and the data was collected by a questionnaire of five choices. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed a significant effect between altruism and employee service quality, and obtained a significant effect between cohesiveness variables with the quality of service employees. In addition, there is a significant influence between the variables of altruism and cohesiveness with the quality of service employees.
This finding concludes that the better the altruism and cohesiveness of the service quality of employees, the better service the employee will be. This research is expected to be useful for improving the quality of service in carrying out its obligations.
