Implementasi Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi Dalam Administrasi Pendidikan Dan Pembelajaran Di Islamic School Of Riau Global Terpadu Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the implementation of information and communication technology, obstacles and solutions in the administration of education and learning in the Integrated Islamic School Of Riau Global Pekanbaru. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data analysis using the Miles Huberman model. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of the data by triangulating sources and methods. The subjects of this study were Elementary and Middle School Principals, Administrative Staff, Financial Staff, IT Team, Ko. Curriculum and teachers.
The results of research on ICT implementation in the administration of education and learning show the following: (1) In education administration, plans are made and prepared by the principal. The principal only provides explanations and instructions to be carried out, while the administrative administration staff such as: administrative staff, financial staff, IT team, and co-workers. the curriculum will run in accordance with the Job description that has been given. All administrative tasks use a computerized system with several applications such as; financial applications, dapodik applications, learning outcomes applications, and so on. (2) In learning, learning plans are created and arranged by the teacher as a reference in the teaching and learning process. The learning objectives are listed in the learning implementation plan (RPP). To achieve learning objectives, the teacher should use IT-based learning media such as; LCD projectors, learning CD, videos, and power points that are very helpful in the teaching and learning process. (3) Obstacles in implementing ICT; management and maintenance barriers, barriers to teacher and employee preparation, barriers to ICT implementation (4) Solutions made; provide special technicians for the management and maintenance of school multimedia computers, provide IT-based training, seminars and workshops to improve professional teachers and make policies and SOP (Operational Procedure Standards) about the use of ICT.
The development of information technology can improve performance and work carried out quickly, precisely and accurately, so that it will ultimately improve productivity and quality of education in the Pekanbaru Islamic Integrated School of Riau Global environment.
