Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kampar
This study aims to identify and analyze leadership and organizational commitment to work discipline. Effect of leadership and organizational commitment on performance. Leadership towards performance through work discipline and the influence of organizational commitment on performance through work discipline. The study population was 115 employees of the Kampong District Civil Service Police Unit. The sample in this study were 89 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the path analysis with the help of SPSS version 20.
The results of this study indicate that leadership and commitment influence the Discipline. Leadership and commitment influence performance. Discipline has a significant effect on performance. Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Discipline. And commitment has a significant effect on performance through discipline. Adapub advice in research in terms of leadership, employers must always upgrade themselves to the latest knowledge and skills, and improve leadership / leadership spirit as a role model in front, friends who are in addition and motivators who push from behind. In terms of Commitment, the agency encourages employees to have the desire to work hard to achieve work goals and organizational interests, by providing additional bonuses that are appropriate to their work. In terms of discipline, so that employees work in accordance with established rules. In terms of performance, the Satpol PP should always supervise, by forming a team to coordinate and supervise the work given to employees
