Studi In Silico Dan Sintesis Senyawa Pirazolin 3-(4-Bromofenil)-5-(2-Metoksifenil)-1-Fenil-4,5-Dihidro-Pirazol Sebagai Anti Kanker Payudara
Pyrazoline is alkaloids with five ring heterocyclic compounds with two nitrogen atoms that available in the limited amount in nature, but it has biological activities for treat some various kind of diseases such as anticancer and antitumor. The aim of this studies were to synthesis and to determine the activity of pyrazoline compound against breast cancer. The pyrazoline 3-(4-bromophenyl)-5-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-pyrazole (PF-4Br-2OMe) was synthesized using a one-pot of three-component reaction between 2-methoxybenzaldehyde, 4-bromoacetophenone and phenylhydrazine with strong base catalyst (NaOH), using microwave irradiation method. The compound shown a moderate yield of 46,07% and structure of this compound was characterized using spectroscopic of UV, FTIR and 1H-NMR. PF-4Br-2OMe was docked using AutoDock Vina program for breast cancer inhibitor and doxorubicin was used as primary control. Pyrazoline compound showed affinity value of -5,1 kcal/mol is it lower than doxorubicin -10,4 kcal/mol and also this compound have no interaction with active sites of enzyme as expected. The result indicated that pyrazoline compound was not active as breast cancer inhibitor.
