Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Ditinjau Berdasarkan Manajemen Konflik Di SMP Negeri 3 Batang Gansal Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Provinsi Riau
The issues covered include: (1) reasons for conflict in the implementation of SBM, (2) how to manage conflict in the implementation of SBM, and (3) implications of SBM implementation. To answer the problem mentioned above, in this research, the approach used is qualitative with analytic descriptive method. Technique Data collecting is done by observation, interview and documentation study, while the source of data is principal, teacher and school committee. The results of the study show that: (1) the occurrence of conflicts in the implementation of SBM is due to the varying understanding of SBM and the number of potential conflicting factors, (2) how to manage conflict in SBM is done through conciliation, collaboration, organizational restructuring and power tactics , and (3) implications of implementation / implementation of SBM are improving the quality of education, optimizing resources and potential schools, and increasing community participation.
In line with the above research results, the researcher recommends to the Provincial Education Office of Riau, SMP Negeri 3 BatangGansal, to the Provincial Education Office of Riau is expected that the function of socialization, monitoring, evaluation and guidance, carried out periodically and continuously, plus the frequency and quality. This is done because each school in each region is different cases / phenomena that occur. Thus events in each place will soon be handled in the context of the implementation of SBM.
Conflicts that occur in SMP Negeri 3 BatangGansal, should be honest, just and heartened immediately resolved compromise in order to restore and put back on the original purpose. Conducive circumstances in school management in SMP Negeri 3 BatangGansal need to be nurtured and improved continuously in order to achieve and improve the quality of education in the environment. In addition, this school needs to set an example for other schools in managing school management.
