Pengaruh Tekanan, Sudut Kemiringan Dan Heat Input Terhadap Kinerja Pipa Kalor Dengan Fillingrasio 80% Menggunakan Fluida Kerja Acetone
Heat pipe is a heat conductor with a certain size containing a special liquid as a conductor of heat from the tip of the evaporator to the tip of the condensor, this study uses a heat pipe made of copper pipe has an outer diameter of 9.5 mm and a length of 400 mm using working acetone fluid with filling the ratio of 80% of the total evaporator volume is 1.8 ml. Previous research has examined the performance of heat pipes based on filling ratios, variations in axis structure, variations in slope angles and heat iput as fixed variables. This research was conducted to determine the effect of working fluid pressure, slope angle and heat input on heat pipe performance. Data is analyzed based on temperature distribution and thermal resistance. The lowest thermal resistance occurs at a working fluid pressure of 0.06 MPa with a 900 slope angle and a 3 Watt heat input of 1.010C / Watt. The heat pipe performance decreases with the addition of the given heat input, presses the working fluid 0.1 MPa, 0.08 MPa and 0.06 MPa, experiences irregularities in the values and graphs of thermal resistance.
