Prospek Pengembangan Industri Rumah Tangga Kerupuk Jengkol Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the business prospects of the home industry of jengkol crackers in Pekanbaru City.
In this study, the total population of the study was 12 household actors in Jengkol crackers in Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique in this study is the census method because the population is less than 100, so the whole population is sampled. The technique of analyzing it is to use revenue and cost analysis and business feasibility analysis (R / C).
Based on the results of the study, it was found that based on the comparison between revenues and expenditures or costs, based on the calculation of the feasibility analysis of the jengkol cracker home industry it was known that the R / C ratio was 1,3534608. Because of the value of R / C> 1, the jengkol cracker business in Pekanbaru City is worth developing. So it was concluded that the jengkol cracker home industry in Pekanbaru City had good prospects to be developed in the future.
