Pengaruh Pengawasan, Disiplin Kerja Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of supervision, work discipline and communication on the performance of Riau Province Social Service employees. The population in this study were all civil servants in Riau Province Social Service as many as 74 people.
Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study the data analysis used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools, namely multiple linear regression. The sampling technique is done by census method that makes all employees as samples.
From the results of tests that have been done, it shows that supervision, work discipline, and communication have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Riau Province Social Service employees. This means that if supervision is adjusted to the needs, work discipline is improved and communication is done well it will improve employee performance.
