Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Sarapan Pagi Lontong Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the feasibility of a lontong breakfast business in Pekanbaru City. The benefits of research as input or information for parties involved in the development of the tan house industry, especially home industries in the lontong breakfast business, as information material for other researchers who want to research further in the same aspects and related aspects and to apply the knowledge the author obtained during the lecture period. The population and sample in this study was the effort of rice cake in Tampan District, Pekanbaru, amaounting 20 businesses. The date used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interview methods and observation methods. The method of data analysis uses descriptive analysis which includes market and marketing aspects, technical and pruduction aspects, management and legal aspects, while quantitative analysis is carried out to analize financial aspects such as Total Revenue (TR), Total Cost (TC), Total Net Revenue, Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio). The results of this study indicate that the non-financial aspects and financial aspects of the business of lontong breakfast in the city of Pekanbaru deserve to be developed. In the non-financial aspect, it meets the criteria, in the financial aspect shows the average value of TR in the lontong breakfast business in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City of Rp 798.000 per day, TC value of Rp 633,475 per day, total net income of Rp 798.000 per day, and R/C ratio value of Rp 1,2597 per day.
