Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Harmonis Mempura Kabupaten Siak

This study aimed to determine the effects of influences Transformational Leadership and job satisfaction on performance of employees at Harmonis Mempura Hotel. The population in this study includes all employees at Harmonis Mempura Hotel, totaling 51 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the resusult of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical program for social sciences). The sampling technique is a method that has been selected cencus (51 employees at Harmonis Mempura Hotel). The result showed that : 1). Transformational Leadership and job satisfaction had positives significant effect on the performance of the employees at Harmonis Mempura Hotel. 2). Transformational Leadership had positives and significant effect on the performance of employess at Harmonis Mempura Hotel. 3). job satisfaction had positives and significant effect on the Performance of employees at Harmonis Mempura Hotel.
