Analisis Implementasi Total Quality Management Terhadap Kinerja Inovasi Pada Industri Usaha Kecil Mikro Kerajinan Rotan Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, costumer focus, and process management on innovation performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Rattan Handicrafts in Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes all employees at 20 Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Rattan Handicrafts in Pekanbaru, totaling 59 people. The sampling technique is a method that has been selected census (59 employees at Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Rattan Handicrafts in Pekanbaru). To test the hypothesis in this study is using multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences).
The result show that leadership, costumer focus, and process management have a significant effect on innovation performance. Meanwhile partially, costumer focus has a positive and significant effect on innovation performance. process management has a negative and not significant effect on innovation performance.
