Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
This research aims to investigate the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on the work productivity of state junior high school teachers in west Rengat of Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study was carried out at State Junior High Schools in West Rengat of Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study empoyed a survey research. The population was 106 teachers in which 52 teachers were taken as sample using simple random sampling technique. Instrument used to collect data on organizational culture, work motivation, and work productivity using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The grain validity was tested using the Product Moment parson formula and the instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Alpha Cronbach formulas. After analyzing the data, the present study revealed that 1) there is a significant effect between organizational culture on work productivity with the coefficient of determination 0,230. 2) there is a significant effect between work motivation on work productivity with the coefficient of determination 0,172. and 3) there is a significant effect between organizational culture and work motivation on work productivity with the coefficient of determination 0,248. In conclusion, the study shows that work productivity can be improved through organizational culture and work motivation.
