Pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM) Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Yang Dimediasi Oleh Budaya Organisasi Dan Daya Saing (Studi Kasus Pada Industri Percetakan Di Pekanbaru)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the TQM practices effect on company performance, mediated by organisation culture, and competitiveness both directly and indirectly at digital printing industry in Pekanbaru.
Population in this study is 179 printing industry in Pekanbaru, according slovin formula there are 123 companny as sample. The tool used to analyze data is the Smart PLS version 3.
The result in this study indicate that: (1) Total Quality Management (TQM) has a significant effect to company performance, (2) Total Quality Management (TQM) has a significant effect to company organisation culture, (3) Total Quality Management (TQM) has a significant effect to competitiveness, (4) company organisation culture has a significant effect to company performance, (5) competitiveness of company has a significant effect to company performance, (6) Total Quality Management (TQM) practice has a significant effect to company performance mediated by company quality culture, (7) Total Quality Management (TQM) practice has a significant effect to company performance mediated by company competitiveness.
