Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Pengawasan Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Dan Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Supervision of Organizational Commitment and Its Impact on Performance. The population and target in this study were 127 Regional Revenue Board of Rokan Hulu Regency using census sampling method using Path Analysis.
The results of this study found Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Supervision had a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Whereas with commitment as an indirect mediating variable Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Oversight and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance .
