Efektivitas Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau
This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of training in improving the performance of employees at the District Secretariat of Riau Province. The population were employees of the Regional Secretariat of Riau Province with a sample size as big as 55 respondents determined by purposive sampling. The method used is descriptive and analytical technique in the form of multiple linear regression.
The results showed that the training that has been followed is able to improve the knowledge, expertise, skills and effectively improve a better attitude change in accordance with the position and demands of the job. Training of leadership and technical training has an influence on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. It shows that the better the leadership training and technical training,the higher performance of employees will occur.
The effectiveness of training should be strengthened by collaboration among employees by enhancing the knowledge, skills, and the ability of employees to share with other employees. Besides, the innovation of employees need to be improved in order that the organization can achieve optimal performance by providing feedback, support and the implementation evaluationand innovation that have been done during the training of employees.
