Pengaruh Pengawasan Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Samsat Se-Provinsi Riau
The Samsat office is one of the supporting sources of regional revenue. In the Samsat Office, the community makes payments for motorized vehicle tax, which is one of the sources of state and regional revenues. Therefore, the performance of Samsat Office employees must be maximal, so that the organization's goals can be maximally achieved.
This research will be conducted at the Samsat Office Staff in Riau Province. The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire. As for analyzing data, use descriptive and SEMPls,
The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is an influence of supervisory influence on job satisfaction, 2) there is an influence of leadership influence on job satisfaction, 3) there is an influence of supervision influence on performance, 4) there is influence of leadership influence on performance, 5) there is influence of supervision influence on performance through job satisfaction, 6) there is an effect of the influence of leadership on performance through job satisfaction, 7) there is an influence of job satisfaction on performance.
Based on the results of the study, the Samsat Office must be able to improve employee performance, namely by improving the level of supervision, leadership and also employee job satisfaction.
