Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Jasa Terhadap Keputusan Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Indihome Di Kabupaten Siak
This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of the Service Marketing Mix on Indihome Customer Satisfaction and Decision in Siak Regency. The population in this study are consumers / tenants who subscribe to Indihome products in Siak Regency in 2018 with a population of 145 people. This was obtained from subscription data at PT. Telkom Siak, while the data obtained are 85 districts of Siak, 40 people from Dayun district and 20 districts of Mempura. The results of this study found that the service marketing mix influenced the decision and the service marketing mix affected the customer satisfaction through the decision.
