Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Diklat Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pdam Tirta Indra Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and training on employee motivation and performance. The influence of organizational culture and training on employee performance through motivation and the effect of motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in PDAM Tirta Indra, amounting to 113 people. The sample in this study were 113 employees. The sampling technique in this research is to use a census sampling. While the data used in this study are primary and secondary data, then data collection techniques using questionnaires. And data analysis used in this study is structural equation modeling (SEM) pls operated through the warppls.5.0 program. The research findings show that organizational culture and training variables influence employee motivation and performance. Furthermore, organizational culture and education and training affect employee performance through motivation, meaning that motivation mediates the influence between organizational culture and education and training on performance. And motivation variables affect employee performance.
