Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Negri Sipil Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang (Pupr) Provinsi Riau
Government agencies, employees are the most expensive and most important assets for achieving goals. The organization is demanded to continue to improve the quality of its human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and training on civil servants' work performance in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Provinsi Riau. The object of this study is the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Provinsi Riau. In this study, work performance is the dependent variable. While the work experience and training variables are independent variables. The population in this study were 474 civil servants in the field of road and bridge construction in the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Provinsi Riau and The sample in this study were 83 servants. The sampling technique in this study uses the slovin method. Data in this study were obtained by questionnaire distributed to respondents. The analytical method used in this study is path analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) applications.
The results of this study are simultaneous work experience and training significantly influence employee performance, work experience has a significant effect on employee work performance and training has a significant effect on the work performance of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Provinsi Riau employees.
