Pengaruh Penerapan Balanced Scorecard Terhadap Kinerja Pada Pt Bank Bni Syariah Cabang Pekanbaru
The Balanced Scorecard is used by identifying strategic derivatives of the company's vision and mission from a four-perspective perspective: financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth. The purpose of this research is to design and apply performance measurement if using balanced scorecard and then to know the influence of the four balanced scorecard perspectives on performance.
Application of BSC for customer perspective is done by conducting a survey to customer respondents as much as 96 respondents to see the level of customer satisfaction while learning and growth perspective as many as 51 employee respondents to see the level of satisfaction and motivation of employees. Inferential statistical analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method.
The results showed the total BSC score of 107.8% or show that the performance of BNI Syariah Branch Pekanbaru 2016 in the category of excellent. Financial perspective has significant effect on performance with t count (2.069) > t table (2.013), customer perspective has significant effect on performance with t count (2,913) > t table (2.013), internal business perspective has no significant effect on performance with t arithmetic 1,262) < t table (2.013) and learning and growth perspective have a significant effect on performance with t arithmetic (2,212) > t table (2.013)
