Pola Pembinaan Dan Pengawasan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Disiplin Dan Kinerja Guru Di Smp Negeri Sekecamatan Ujungbatu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Riau
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Principal Guidance and Supervision Patterns to discipline and teacher performance at Junior high school in Ujungbatu district, Rokan Hulu regency. This study uses a quantitative method using a technical of the path analysis. . As for variables the study consisted of independent variable that Principal Guidance and Supervision Patterns (X), while the dependent variables are Disciplin (Y1) and the Teacher Performance (Y2). The study population was a teacher of SMP Ujungbatu districts amounted to 107 people and 50 samples. The result of data analyses shown that the principal guidance and supervision pattern gave a significant direct effect to the teacher discipline of 2,1%.
The result of processing data and data analysis showed that the principal guidance and supervision pattern gave a significant effect on teacher performance of 6.55%, and the principal guidance and supervision pattern and teacher discipline on teacher performance of 24.1% contribution. The results of processing and data analysis show that the teacher discipline gives a significant direct effect on teacher performance of 10.95%.
