Teachers in carrying out their duties are bound by their obligations. This obligation is made for teachers to perform their duties properly in accordance with the rules to achieve the objectives of the teaching and learning process. This study aims to determine the contribution between spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence both individually and collectively to the adherence of teachers to their obligations in High SchoolSub district of Rimba Melintang, Rokan Hilir Regency.This research is classified as survey research, tested three variables studied, namely variable X1 (independent) is spiritual intelligence, variable X2 (independent) is emotional intelligence and variable Y (dependent) is teacher obedience on obligation. The population of this research is all public and private high school teachers in Rimba Melintang subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Reegency which is 91 people and once gus is used as research sample. While for the test instrument performed on 30 teachers in other schools that have the same characteristics with the sample research. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study found that the contribution of spiritual intelligence variable to teacher compliance in the obligation obtained by 13.90% with low interpretation. Furthermore, the contribution of emotional intelligence variable to teacher obedience on obligation is 68,60% with high interpretation, and contribution of variable of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence to teacher obedience on the obligation is obtained equal to 74,60% with high interpretation. This contribution is illustrated by each increase in one unit of spiritual intelligence of 0.208 and a one-unit increase in emotional intelligence of 0.608, it will be followed by increased adherence of teachers to their obligations of 1.796 one unit. The implication of this research is the school through the principal's policy can increase the activities that increase the spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence of teachers, so that teachers have willingness to carry out all tasks well in accordance with the rules that apply and it has become the obligation of teachers.
