Pengaruh Pengawasan, Kompensasi Dan Jaminan Sosial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pt. Sawit Riau Makmur Kecamatan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This research was conducted at PT. Sawit Riau Makmur, Tanah Putih Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency, with the formulation of the problem: Does supervision, compensation and social security affect employee job satisfaction PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Tanah Putih Subdistrict Rokan Hilir Regency ? Does supervision affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Tanah Putih Subdistrict Rokan Hilir Regency ?, Does compensation affect employee job satisfaction PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Tanah Putih Subdistrict Rokan Hilir Regency ? Does social security affect employee job satisfaction PT. Sawit Riau Makmur, Tanah Putih Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency ?, the purpose of knowing and analyzing the influence of supervision, compensation and social security on employee job satisfaction PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Tanah Putih Subdistrict Rokan Hilir Regency, To find out and analyze the influence of supervision, on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Tanah Putih Subdistrict Rokan Hilir Regency, To find out and analyze the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Tanah Putih Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency, To find out and analyze social guarantees on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative correlation. The sample in this study were as many as 57 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. The method of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0 for Windows 7. Test results that have been carried out, regression testing Partially that each independent variable studied (supervision, compensation and social security) has an influence on the dependent variable (job satisfaction) this is indicated by the results that the supervisory variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, compensation variables have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and social security variables have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.While the simultaneous regression test shows that the independent variables studied (supervision, compensation and social security) have an influence on the dependent variable (employee job satisfaction). The magnitude of the effect caused by the three independent variables is 56% while the remaining 44% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
