Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Melalui Pengawasan Dan Budaya Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Kantor Dinas Pertanian Dan Perikanan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
This study aims to examine the influence of leadership on employee work performance through supervision and organizational culture as an intervening variable in the office of agriculture and fisheries Indragiri Hulu district. The population in this study were employees of agriculture and fisheries Indragiri Hulu district is 157 people. Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique chosen was the Slovin method (113 employees in the office of agriculture and fisheries Indragiri Hulu district).
The results showed that: 1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on supervision, 2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, 3) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, 4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, 5) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, 6) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance through supervision. 7) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance through organizational culture.
