Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Di Kabupaten Siak
The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of leadership and work environment on performance through work motivation of regional disaster management agency (BPBD) employees in Siak Regency.
The population used in this study were all employees of the regional disaster management agency (BPBD) in Siak Regency as many as 62 people and the sample used saturated samples because all populations were used as samples. The analysis used in this study is PLS (Partial least square).
The results showed that leadership had a negative and significant effect on employee work motivation, work environment had a positive and not significant effect on employee work motivation, leadership had a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation mediated the influence of leadership on employee performance in part, so that it is possible to have other variables as mediating influence of leadership variables on performance. Work motivation mediates the influence of the work environment on employee performance in part, so that it is possible to have other variables as mediating effects of work environment variables on performance.
