Pengaruh Rekrutmen Dan Seleksi Terhadap Kompetensi Dan Kinerja Pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Di Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and selection on the competence and performance on managers of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kampar Regency Riau Province. In this study there are four variables souch as Recruitmen (X1), Selection (X2), Competence (Y1), and Performance (Y2). The population in this study is BUMDes managers in Kampar Regency. The method of determining the number of samples by purposive sampling (30 BUMDes managers in 229 BUMDes in Kampar District based on criteria). Retrieval of data in this study is by way of the interview, observation and gave a questionnaire to respondents. While in terms of data analysis this study uses two-step regression, namely simple and multiple regression, testing assumptions, a classic and hypothesis that are processed using the SPSS program (Statistical Program Society Science) version 21.
The result show that: 1) recruitmen has positive and significant influence on the competence of BUMDes managers, 2) selection has positive and significant influence on the competence of BUMDes managers, 3) recruitmen and selction has positive and simultaneous influence on the competence of BUMDes managers, 4) competence has positive and significant influence on the performance of BUMDes managers
